Penne Gang Kiew Wan...damn again..

Been lazy for cooking.. But today there was NOTHING left that I can eat. And I'm way too lazy to go out and buy boring Pad Kapraw anyway... Searched the fridge.. Found canned tuna, some chilli paste left. And penne that my sister bought 3 packs of them from International food festival (whatever it is)

Here we go, Green curry+penne+Tuna fried with black pepper

First, prepare your Penne

I use TVP too (Textured Vegetable Protein) Tthere's huge pack I bought from supermarket. Very handy when you have nothing left in the fridge. Soak them, and leave them there..for now

Fry your tuna with garlic.

Add some vegetable you like! (I only had onion left) Add some salt+sugar+ and most important.. Black pepper

Here it is! tuna with black pepper (damn, easy chib hai)

One pack of chilli paste (Green) Some people use only half a pack. But.. hell no! I need WHOLE pack!

Fry it with a little bit of cooking oil

Kati
! (coconut milk) now comes in a box.

Add it in your chilli paste

Then TVP

Bai Makrud
(Kaffir lime leaves) I stole from neighbour's fence (as usual)

Slice 'em up!

Ad them in your curry.

Coconut Sugar, add it to curry too. Or just sugar is ok

Now Penne

Tadaaaaa~~!!(Don't forget your tuna!)
